The chairman welcomed 30 members to the meeting. Apologies were received from Anita Evans, Barbara Harris, Flo Menzies and David Wilkinson.
It was proposed by Alan Osborne and seconded by Jose John, that the minutes of the meeting held on September 14 2023 be accepted,
that the officials and committee be appointed as circulated,
that the accounts for 2023-2024 be accepted as circulated
and that the Chairman’s report be accepted as circulated.
This was agreed, no-one voting against and the meeting closed at 19.33.
